5. Intellectual Property Rights: All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Lena Boost Company and its products remain the exclusive property of Lena Boost Company. Resellers are prohibited from altering or misusing these intellectual properties.

6. Liability and Warranties: Lena Boost Company provides product warranties as specified, but resellers are responsible for customer service and after-sales support. Resellers shall not make false or misleading claims regarding our products.

7. Compliance with Laws: Resellers agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing the sale and marketing of our products.
